My engagement ring will be palladium.. here’s a link to see it… http://web1eng.theprestigediamondcollection.com/productdetails.aspx?ProductId=ZE19258
We want our bands to be stainless steel, but will palladium look ok next to stainless steel? Someone PLEASE help!
It should look fine, but note *you cannot size a stainless steel band. So if you have hopes of being a mom, you won’t be able have your wedding band adjusted after child birth (which you may not change sizes… but a lot of women do). I would recommend palladium because of these reasons, also, you might want to solder your rings together (This will keep them from rubbing and wearing down over time) Which, depending on where you get it – the jeweler may or may not be able to solder these two metals together.
Hope this helps! If it makes you feel better, my ring is all white gold and my husband’s is a plain yellow gold band. No one looks at our rings side by side, so we just got what we each were comfortable with!
