		<description>1st If she loves you the ring size won&#039;t matter.  Plus you can always upgrade later...I hear people do it all the time.  Most couples aren&#039;t well off when they first get married.

2nd, I&#039;d avoid friends and family.  Or at least not propose to her in front of them, but have them there so she can tell them afterwards.  It might just be me, but I think haveing people around adds pressure to the situation.  

If its a crowded place, take her outside.  Or say you feel hott and ask her to go for a quick walk with you and do it in a nice quiet place thats close to the resteraunt.
