Approximately. From time of placing order to time of pick up. Bought the stone already. What are we talking here roughly? A week? A month?
Not too intricate – single diamond in the middle, a few pave stones on each side. To be more specific: the Tiffany Novo, just not from "Tiffany"
This is the ring:

Please don't answer with "a long time" or "I don't know" or anything else that proves to me that you are borderline retarded. Real answers only please. Don't waste my time.
It shouldn't take too long. It's a setting that is already made by most jewelers, since it's a very popular style, I'm sure all they'd be doing is placing your stone in the middle and adding a few diamonds down the sides. Just take it to a few local places and have them estimate it. It really depends on the jeweler and how busy they are. I honestly wouldn't think more than a month…I know most can do it in a couple weeks depending on the setting.
