Where can I find a ring like this?

Ok, I really suck at this whole searching for things on the internet deal, so if anyone could help, it’d be great.!

I want a ring like this:

BUT, i only want one row of diamonds around the center stone, and I do’nt necessarially want diamonds on the band. Yellow gold would be preferable, but not necessary.
