So, I was thinking about a white topaz engagement ring and it was a good price, but this ring looks beautiful. What do you think about this set? Do you think it looks like a diamond?

I love that set! It made my top 10 list, but I finally decided against it because I didn’t like the stones in and around the prongs, it was something I was going to have to ignore for my love of the rest of the ring, and I decided I have to love the whole ring, not just parts of it.
I have ordered a set from Moissanite Co and I’m just waiting for it now. Moissanite is gorgeous and so sparkly. Moissanite Co is a great company to order from, their customer service has been fabulous.
Moissanite does not look like a diamond. Moissanite has far more fire and brilliance and the double refraction will give it away. For these reasons, moissanite is not a diamond simulant. I would definitely choose moissanite over white topaz, but that’s my preference, you have to determine yours.
