should my jewlery match my wedding dress (white, with silver stitching) or my ring (yellow gold) ?

I'm getting married in 10 days and i haven't decided which jewlery to wear. my dress is white with silver stitching but my wedding ring is yellow gold. Should i wear white gold necklace and earrings or yellow gold?

    ahhhhh congratulations good luck. and i wouldnt really were any jewlry unless you just really really want to but i would go with white gold cause the yellow gold is to much and its not in the dress
