i have only worn it since september, (18 ct white gold with diamonds) and already its gone gold, now it doesn't match my engagement ring ( 14 ct white gold ) any ideas ?

It just wore off. It does that from time to time. You have to get it re-dipped in rhodium. If you got it at a good store, they'll do it for you. If not, call you jewelery stores to check how much it would cost.
